La OHARD&C: Observable Human Action and Reaction Database & Checklist © è un database e una checklist dei comportamenti non verbali , e si propone l’obbiettivo di rappresentare visivamente “come si eseguono” specifici gesti, posture, modificazioni spaziali nella prossemica, contatti corporei ed espressioni facciali.
Ogni singolo è item contraddistinto da:
1. Un codice.
2. Un nome specifico.
3. Tipologia e categoria comportamentale (classificazione teorica).
4. Un breve descrizione testuale (“come si fa”): culturale o universale.
5. Rimandi e suggerimenti di approfondimento ai principali autori di riferimento, libri e Websites.
6. Un video:
a) Baseline neutrale del soggetto + esecuzione dell’ item.
b) Una possibile applicazione dello stesso item, combinato con altri item non-verbali potenzialmente correlabili (“role playing”).
La OHARD&C non fornisce interpretazioni e inferenze causali in riferimento al singolo item (o alla sua possibile combinazione con altri), in accordo con l’approccio falsificazionista e la metodologia scientifica usualmente riconosciuta in ambito accademico, e suggerisce agli User di approfondire, attraverso corsi o specifici training, le proprie abilità al riconoscimento e alla codifica dei comportamenti, da noi semplicemente descritti e visivamente presentati.

The OHARD&C: Observable Human Action and Reaction Database & Checklist © is an online video database and a checklist concerning the non-verbal behaviors, and have the porpoise to explain “how are performed” gestures, postures, proxemics change, bodily contacts and facial expression.
Every single item show:
1. A code.
2. An item name.
3. Type and category (theoretical classification).
4. A brief textual description (“how to do it”): cultural or universal.
5. The Bibliographical and Website references suggestion, where the user can examine and study the item described (most important references Author).
6. A video:
a) Baseline of the neutral behavior of subject + the item execution.
b) The possible application of the item in addiction with other possible correlated non-verbal items (“role playing”).
The OHARD&C will not suggest interpretation for any item (or a possible item combinations), in agreement with the falsifiability scientific academic usual approach and methodology, and suggests the Users to delve, through specific training or courses, their skills in recognition and encoding behaviors, which we have just only described and visually performed.
